  WHAT HAPPENED?

  The former Chelsea and Real Madrid manager was left fuming again after seeing his side go down 2-1 to arch-rivals in the Turkish Cup quarter-finals. Said contest finished 2-1 in Gala’s favour, with Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen bagging a match-winning brace.

  There was, however, to be a chaotic finish to proceedings, with Mert Hakan Yandas, Kerem Demirbay and Baris Alper Yilmaz all collecting red cards in stoppage-time. Mourinho took matters, quite literally, into his own hands during the ugly brawl that led to three dismissals as he grabbed at the face of coaching counterpart Okan Buruk. The outspoken Portuguese had only just returned to the touchline after serving a four-match ban for comments made about match officials. He may find himself in trouble again with authorities in Turkey.
