Alexander-Arnold remains a key player for Liverpool under new boss Arne Slot, making 18 appearances in all competitions. Nevertheless, he has refused to give any indication as to whether he plans to remain on Merseyside or head to Spain.
WHAT ALEXANDER-ARNOLD SAID
Alexander-Arnold told : "I have been at the club 20 years now, I have signed four or five contract extensions and none of those have been played out in public – and this one won't be either."
He has also claimed that he remains laser-focused on winning "multiple trophies" this season. He added: "I think we win multiple trophies. I think that's the level that we're at, that's the level we've shown that we're capable of, beating the best teams in the world."
